Mini Cheesecake Pie
This Mini cheese cake pie desserts are very easy and cost efficient. They are elegant and versatile for any event, gender, and age.
2 packages of softened cream cheese
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 can of cherry pie filling
-Preheat oven at 325 degrees F
– In a bowl, with a mixer blend the cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy consistency. Fill the mini pies and place them in the oven.
-Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
-Let it cool before adding the cherries
